Very easy to use, and perfect if all you want to do is morph faces. I recommend you get the guide at http://www.groovyweb.uklinux.net/Morpheus.php?page_name=photo morphing software if you want to make use of the video morphing. xmorph is a good ,free, alternative if you have linux, though harder to use.
