The filtering capabilities for restoring data are non-existent. You can SEE if your documents have been properly recovered, but I have found no way to selectively RESTORE using filters such as exclude items, limit dates, etc. During the restore process, this product actually ab-ended. I have waited 12 days and exchanged numerous emails with their sales department requesting a refund, and I ***STILL*** have not been issued the credit they promised several days ago!

This software didn't work at all. I tried for 1 month to resolve the issue with their support. They refuse to refund my money.
