I down loaded and tried many ways to make it work, it still does not work. I sent 6-7 e-mail to there info tech department with not one responce!I have given up and I would be really disappointed if I payed money. Soft stop has the worst tech. department. The web site does not give you any guide for help or a tech guide for each down load.

same interface as BPS...same problem too. It cannot see the DVD in my DVD drive.
