I spent 15 hours learning the plexis Pos software. I was completely impressed with the simplicity of use. The final test was to connect my printer and cash drawer. After trying to make everything work together for hours I gave up and called the company. The man that answered the phone was utterly rude to me and refused to help me understand why my printer and cash drawer were not working with his software. His response was that he would not provide support for a "Pie in the Sky Order". I hope he realizes that he flushed $300 down the toilet today. I wish that I could trust the company behind this software, but I just can't risk my company. There are too many other pos softwares out there.

General rate: Negative
Software is reasonable from a U/I perspective. Poor reliability with database files. Relatively low tech. Help costs a bunch, and they let you know at every corner. "This is billable" and "You'll have to pay for phone support". Worst customer service ever, and I have the emails to prove it. I felt like a burden, not a customer. They treated me as if they didnt care if they sold another piece of software, and never acted greatful that i actually paid for the piece. Stay far away.
