I've been doing support, and setups for this software for 3 months now. It is constantly getting newer and better features, and Plexis Software's support team is amazing. I filed a bug around 10 PM EST, and by noon the next day, they notified me, the latest update fixed the problem. One of my customers, found it was lacking a specific feature they wanted, and for a very good rate, the development team, custom added that feature for my customer, in less than 2 weeks. I tell anyone that is interested in upgrading, or purchasing a Point of Sale system to check this software out. If you don't believe me about how good this software is, that's perfectly OK, because they offer a free demo, so you can customize it to your company before you pay for it. When you're ready to go live, just call Plexis up, and register the software, they'll read you some numbers to type in, and you can start using it for commercial use immediately after you get the serial number from them.

Hi, I would like to know who uses this software so that I may get somehelp because I'm obviously not getting any from their customer support. All they want to talk about is how many times you can call and how much. You really don't get any answers from them. This is the worst program I'm ever used and I can't even comment on the customer support. Save yourself time and money, do not buy this program!
