Defender Pro is one of my favorite security suites. Pop up blocker has never let me down.

Just bought the 15-in-1 Defender-pro 2008. The biggest mistake on software application that I made so far. Software doees not work. Hanged up my PC with vista operative system just after install it. I spent almost one hour to remove it and have it fully operational. Pro-defender web site customer service really does not provide any help. Both email addresses referenced in the support section do not work. I sent back the software for a refund. I will see if this work, or if it's a complete fraud and scam. Neither Wal-Mart honors any warranty on it.

I just installed it, the first time my comp froze until I completely rebooted it, the next time I couldnt access and email or IM. If you have extra money to waste, then the Defender pro is the way to go!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!! I installed this on both my XP and Vista computers. Both malfunctioned after the install. Customer service didn't help at all with the problem. I managed to uninstall it off of one computer by doing a system restore. The other one still has this wretched software on it still. When you read the box it comes in, it sounds pretty good for the price...be prepared to spend hours resloving issues when you buy this POS. Just being honest here.

DO NOT PURCHASE AND INSTALL DEFENDER PRO!!!!! IT CONTAINS A TROJAN WHICH WILL MONITOR YOUR EMAIL, CAPTURE YOUR RETURN ADDRESS AND THEN SWAMP YOU WITH GERMAN SPAM!!!! I MADE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING DEFENDER PRO AT MEIJER AND AFTER INSTALLING IT, THE FIRST EMAIL I SENT RESULTED IN A CONSTANT STREAM OF SPAM WITH SUBJECT LINES IN GERMAN. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE, DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL DEFENDER PRO!!!
