This is a fantastic piece of software. I am a real estate investor and I use RealtyJuggler real estate calculator to do quick calculations of mortgage payment scerios when I look for rental houses to purchase.

I'm not a computer person, but my office recently started using PDAs, and I have to admit, they're great. I named mine Della Street, because it's so useful. I used to hate cacluting my commisions on a home, but RealtyJuggler Calculator makes it so simple. Even I can do it.

I'm so glad I talked myself into getting a Palm last year. It's been the best investment I ever made. The easy to use interface makes it simple to run calculations I need. I'm not generally good with computers, but even on my PDA, RealtyJuggler Calculator is simple.

You really need to check out Realtyjuggleler desktop. it is just like the deluxe product except that it works on your computer. I used to use Top Producer, but even since they switched to the 8i product, it is just too slow. RealtyJuggler is just as good and far faster. I really like that I can call these guys up and they answer the phone. Top producer was always a problem for me. They would put me on hold for so long and I would get so mad with them.
