Their customer service is alright, but I have yet to be able to do anything with the system. It errors all the time, they can't fix it, and of course, I waited too long to get my money back. =/ If they could fix my problem, I think it'd be a whole lot better. But otherwise, since I've yet to be able to actually USE the system, I'm very very very dissapointed.

I looked for a good DVD burning software package for days. This one is great. It is simple and straightforward and does what it is designed to do extremely well. I have obtained absolutely excellent results from it.

Don't buy this software. It takes 8 hours to tell you there was a problem and you just wasted 8 hours. And it is impossible to get your money back. Take it from someone who was screwed out of their money. Avoid this software like the plague.
