Smart Undelete does not allow you to scan the hard drive. The program is defective and after 72 hours I've received no response from customer service. I am trying to restore deleted files "emptied" from the recycle bin. If anyone has any other suggestions please advise. Again, I was very disappointed with Smart Undelete after purchasing the full version. It specifies that after your purchase you can fully recover items from your recycle bin and from any drive. To recover the deleted items you must purchase and then enter the code number they send to you. Even with that you're forced to only scan a floppy disc. I haven't had a floppy drive in years. Very disappointed!
