Feature rich. Choose a set time, intervals, or get this: ON FOLDER CHANGES. It kicks off automatically when files are added, deleted, or changed in the target folder. Choose copy from source to destination, synch both ways, etc. Keeps my backup server as up-to-date as possible during the workday. Can't say enough except it's only $35!!!
