I switched to Sohodox after having problems with Paperport, got a special discount coupon for Sohodox for being a Paperport user, Sohodox has a clean interface (ribbon bar based) & i can easily tag all my documents. Am satisfied with the product and would recommend it.

I have been using Sohodox for 2 years and it is a great software. It never crashes or anything, a bit pricey though at $199.
