THIS IS TERRIBLE SOFTWARE. SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE POSITIVE. THIS PROVIDES NOTHING BUT NEGATIVE CRAP. SHAME ON THE DEVELOPER FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE AND NOT EVEN STUDYING WHAT REAL SUBLIMINAL PROGRAMS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT.

I went into the 'Edit Messages' box and deleted all the messages that were negative statements - for example the messages that have the word 'not' in them. I set the message duration to 10ms - the default is 15ms.
