| | Teach support don't write any e-mail, the program it's very bad converting, and in my pc doesn't burn.
I have writen thousands of mails and the only answer is that "you will be to use another program to burn"

Produces DVDs with excellent quality and handles correctly every video format that I've tried.
For this price (I bought it with 15% from ) it's hard to believe what a high quality you get. |

| | It starts out looking very promising, with a slick user interface, but then when you get down to creating a VCD from a few basic clips, it will just stop and you'll get some daft message like, "Unable to burn to CD". Duh. I forked out over $40 Aus for this. Lesson: read reviews of anything before you purchase. Coz look at them: a litany of negative reviews. To which I've added this one. AVOID THE PAIN, don't buy this dud software. |

| | I have tried several versions of this all i can say is a peice of junk complete crap just tried version 9.2.The vob files it creates can be played but never burnt.The file is non compliant not a valid file to burn with any bloody program all i can say is do not buy it period!!. |

| | actually just reloaded programme and vcd option now works fine making this software the best I've found at converting and burning all video file types (wmv) to dvd or vcd or svcd - others on this site must be doing something wrong as I totally recomend Super DVD. |

| | Full version 8.5 plus trial 9.3: worked really well with no conflicts. Problem now after two weeks is that when burning to vcd says "burn done" when it ain't - but burning dvd still much better than xilisoft which is crap. |

I paid money for a program that does not work...whats worse is the only thing its creators suggest to me is to uninstall and reinstall...i have done this several times and still the same error!its good for nothing...dont waste your time or your money people! |

| | Using 9.2 and it is very easy to use for adding .srt subtitle files and converting an .avi to DVD, with subtitles not embedded into the picture but switchable. Not the best interface and constant crashes at 99% make this a crazy buy, luckily I didnt. Not fully negative but somewhere in the middle, It has no issues with Voice and Audio sync like others for .avi to DVD |

| | Xilisoft DVD Copy Express is CRAP! I like the rest of you have had thsi stop in the middle of a burn and say "DVD wont copy" I have worked with support at Xilisoft and they tell me is has to be my computer. IT"S NEW! It slows my computer way down when trying to burn and after supplying Xilisoft with all the information they requested I ask for a refund and they said they could not refund me. I ask for a contact person to turn them into the BBB, but they said they will not provide one and the only way to contact them is by way of customer service or tech. support. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! |
