I initially kept getting error messages, but I figured out that I had to change the video codec to one that worked. The Xvid codec works best for me. After trying a few times I got it to work flawlessly. It rips in about 3 hours for a normal length movie. Though a 3 hr movie has taken 4-5 hours. Overall I'm very pleased.

This is the DVD ripper I use all the time. It may not have the plethora of features that other rippers have, but when all you want to do is click copy (it's almost as easy as that!) this program is the best. Ripping speeds on 100mins movie takes around 2 to 3 hours on my pentium 4 3Ghz. Quality of ripping is good rather than exceptional, but if that is all you need then Super DVD ripper is the program for you.

I've been looking for this for sometime. Earlier versions were unstable but this does the trick.

Was using trial version to back up and it simply stopped working with an error message (not asapi). Called support, they said, "Well maybe you need to buy the full version." This was only my 3rd backup! If the software will not work in trial, how will I be sure it works after I put $36 in for it? Also bad for back-up of certain DVDs. First minute would auto-repeat on SVCD or sound would be badly out of sync.

This program is wonderful. I have tried only 1 other before finding this one and its right on the mark. For some reason I cant rip to avi file it gives me an error message but I can rip to VCD or SVCD (which gives me an mpeg file) just fine. This program (and alot of others I have) can not burn directly to my no-name drive but I always used NERO in the past to finish up anyways. THIS programs provided a flawlessly synced audio-video file but NERO produced a slightly out of sync VCD. Oh well, you cant have everything.

I was using super dvd ripper to rip the majority of my movies (paid for by the way), and after about 50 movies it stops working COMPLETELY! The same thing happened to my friend. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it over and over again. Worked excellent until this type of thing starts happening. if you figure out how to fix this let me know.

WTF IS WITH THIS PROGRAM It worked GREAT it was wonderful but now all of the sudden it stops working! this problem has been posted all ova the net by many people and no one knows what is going wrong. Great work tinysoft you lame bastards!

too many problems to begin. svcd format looked really warped the first and only time that the program worked. now i get too many errors to use the program. However it might be my computer on the fritz??? despite the frown face... simple program to use.

Fantasic program (until it dies)! I loved using it because it was so fast and effective. I ripped a regular dvd in 1.5 hours on my AMD 3500+. But the stupid program decides not to work after around 50 uses and there's no way of fixing the problem. Pathetic!
