Prompt customer service too! I use it to backup all data from my notebook to a server. I find the task list to be very useful for saving different configurations. I had no problem with reg code. Code length is not a problem as I just copied and pasted from the email. My laptop was stolen recently and the company promptly emailed me a new reg code on request.

I use this as replacement for folder synch via Laplink or Windows offline folder. Simple, fast and easy, and you always know what it's doing. Great support, too (thanks chris). And, yes, the reg-code is long, but it worked instantly for me.
