Tipard Total Media & HD Video Converter & Video Converter Pros: Good converter Cons: Does not recognize external subtitles in any format(srt, sub, idx/sub, etc), or language. No support. After one month of repeated emails on how I can add external subtitles (movie.avi - movie.srt in the same folder), no response at all. I was about to buy it, but if they do not have support before, imagine what their support will be after you buy their product.

I think this software is really powerful. I use it for 3 month.And i found i feel like using it to do the most of my video conversions.I tried some software else but i still think this is best.

I started looking for a video converting software when some of my video files wouldn't play through my ps3 media server. Downloaded 2 other ones before this one and they SUCKED!
