Purchased product and it did not work on the very first pdf file. Took hours to run and then threw and error. Tried to get a refund (day 3 from purchase) per their "30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked." They run you around with cryptic emails from some non-US location but never refund your money. I had to initiate a charge back through my credit card company to get my money back. I would be very wary of doing business with these scam artists.
