This software falls WAY short in documentation and reporting capabilities. Oh, the general concerpt is very sound and I like their software a lot from that perspective. However, I want to print reports (e.g., my ToDo list). The information as how to specifically know how to format a report is non-existant. I was able (once, by miracle) to get a format I liked.. I saved the "Style Sheet". When I came back in, there was no way to retrieve that particular Style Sheet and I couldn't remember all the gyrations I went through to re-create the desired format. Save your money if you're a real business owner that needs to manage complex agendas. A waste of $$.
