I've been using verion 5.8.6 for a while and decided to have a look at version 6.2. From what I've seen thus far - it's worth the upgrade. My upgrade is free but I'd probably pay for it even if it wasn't.

General rate: Negative
It could be pointed out that this product is Merak from Icewarp software being sold by Deerfield under a different name. Since you can get Merak from downloads.com and especially since Deerfield has discontinued and abandoned numerous Visnetic products already it seems wiser to pass on this offering.
