After trying out x-changer, and some other free wallpaper programs, this one is the best. The important thing for me is to have the wallpaper change on startup and close program automatically. Other free program does the trick but it took forever to boot my computer. This program does the trick and does not delay the booting much. Just because of that, $15 is worth it for me. Afterall, $15 is the price of a nice dinner for me, which comes out of my you know what after a couple of days. Thanks Wallpaper Changer!!

Works Great even with active desktop. Being able to drag n drop pictures onto the picture list is a nice feature too.
