I loved this product. I could configure it to monitor a device or system precisely the way I wanted to! I found that it is priced at about 1/2 to 1/4 the price of its competitors. The company has a low price guarantee against its major competitors too. Theit technical support was very responsive too.

This is a fabulous program, but it's priced too high. Should allow unlimited pinging of devices and license the other options at a much lower price. My network config would cost over 25K! 1-2K would be a reasonable investment to monitor 20-30 nodes instead of 25K.

This product is pretty unstable and restricting user's settings (aka your children) is not that easy considering simple security options such as limiting access to the Control Panel.
