This is the worst product I ever used and the poorest customer service I ever experienced! Demo worked well. After payment & download MANY problems! Crashed consistently every 20 to 30 minutes! Would not perform the same function twice in a row. Never did I imagine the download would not work like the demo! I have a brand new computer! BEWARE: their policy is no refunds because you try a demo - I guess they mean it, even with a poorly functioning product!
