My father in law has DVD X-Copy Platinum and cannot get it to work. he bought it at a computer store while in california, he managed to copy a vhs to computer then to dvd but that it is all. in trying to get support they will not help him because he did not buy directly from them. this attitude brings a serious lack of concern to mind. WE GOT YOUR MONEY NOW TUFF LUCK.
