I'm still going through the most overwhelming experience I ever had with a software. I downloaded the free trial worked wonders to convert from .mov to .flv the only little problem is that I was having a evaluation copy stamp all over my videos bc is a free trial. So I decided to purchase the program for 35 bucs at iskysoft.com their official website. What happens? Program stops working completely it doesn't even want to play the files before converting them I can't even see them all I can do is hear a broken audio. First I thought it was the audio frame rate. Nothing. I've been with technical support back and forth and they are no help. The told me to upload the video to their drive and their drive is readonly meaning I can't add anything to their drive. Technical support is terrible and they take a day to respond every single time. not a couple of hours or chat support, NOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER. This has been def. the worst decision I've even made.

Terrible. I have tried to convert over 20 different movies to MP4 so I can watch on my IPOD. Converter starts and then hangs up at any given interval and then is unresponsive. Interface looks good but product is not functional. Still have not converted one movie with it. Not a good buy

I wish I'd seen this page first. I had EXACTLY the same experience with the software. I've had no response from the company and STRONGLY suggest you avoid them. Reading their "about us" page while trying to find some way to actually get in touch with them I saw that one member was "additive to programming" - I assume he meant addicted. If this is their level of writing I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the code breaks. A complete waste of $35
