New Toolbar Makes Quick Work of Sourcing Passive Candidates

Not every recruiter is proficient in using Boolean strings, searching the social media sites, and finding new job orders. There are a lot of sites to keep track of, and a lot of technology to keep up with, and it takes a lot of productive time to keep looking at a Boolean cheat sheet and trying to type in your search strings in order to find valuable candidates and get your job orders filled quickly.
Recruiting Rocket has launched a new tool that makes it easy to find candidates with resume's posted online adfadasdf, as well as in popular social media sites such as Linkedin, Plaxo, andCraigslist. The software is a free add on to Internet Explorer that installs as a toolbar and is always available from within your web browser.
