This was the first time it was ran and was in trial mode as I hadn't purchased it yet. I have tried calling them, but the don't respond to phone calls. I have removed the product and will not use it again.

I have never used the software and this was the demo version. a message came up asking me to restart and then "pop" a error message is on my screen threating me with prosecution because it was an "illegal" version. This software is terrible.
