all such traces by using User Track History.

Windows keeps the information log of how often you run your programs. Clean these traces and logs, and free your precious disk space by checking the option Application Logs.

Each and every activity is recorded on the files you open and save using the common ‘File Open` and ‘File Save` dialog box.
