Animate Me is a program that work with predefined effects i.e. animated text, small particles, moving objects, wave and changes in their brightness, appearance, etc to create GIF and AVI animations from them. Key features of Animate Me includes: for created animation it loads background picture from BMP, PCX, GIF, PSD and JPEG files, the animation effects list managed by it and set parameters of each effect by calling edit dialogs, counts frames and delay, the base of list animation effects helps to build animations, created animations can be exported to GIF and AVI files, created GIF file's size can be optimized, it saves animations scripts in AME format file and in batch mode creates GIF and AVI files form command line. Animate Me also supports internationalization.
