NCH Sound Tone Generator lets you create audio tones, sweeps or noise waveforms using a Windows computer with a sound card or a PocketPC handheld. Beware, NCH tone generator does NOT create real 0dB tones, they're much lower. This is fine for most applications, but do not use NCH for anything that requires a true 0dB tone (such as adjusting levels or gains on audio amplifiers).
