Tag&Rename is use to organize your music files as it support all digital audio formats i.e. mp3, ID3v2.2, ID3v2.1, asf, WMV, WMA, m4b, mpc, etc. And it has newest versions of codec i.e. WAV Pack, flac, aiff and others. It supports different tag fields such as: rating, Disc No, Composer, cover art, etc. It automatically complete file tags while using its online database i.e. freedb and use amazon.com for loading titles from it. From file names and folders it gets tag data. According to its tag information in a batch it renames music file's names. And it supports full Unicode as well.

Nice one, but still with too complicated interface… and price… you can find other mp3 tag editors at a lower price for example mp3Tag, which is capable of doing everything that tag&rename, and has more advantage that is automatic search for lyrics.
