GPSCAD Transfer will download your Magellan GPS waypoints into a .gps file that can be easily used to save points or to import into AutoCAD for mapping or other uses. Additionally, if you have a .gps file, GPSCAD will conveniently upload it to your Magellan GPS device for use in the field. Save all your waypoints in one file or multiple files. The next time you need a particular waypoint, open the file and upload it to your GPS device. The program comes with the versatility of allowing you to add points from friends or off the web to a file for later uploading. GPSCAD Transfer works with AutoCAD 2000 ??? 2004*. With AutoCAD installed you can insert waypoints from a file into an AutoCAD drawing. All points will be inserted into a .dwg using UTM NAD83 Meters or Feet. Download GPS tracking and convert to AutoCAD.GPSCAD Transfer will also download your waypoint tracking from your GPS device. By selecting points you can also insert 3D Polylines into AutoCAD.
