The easy to use image editor Paint.COM supports image masks and layers with effects. It allows you to modify pictures using drawing tools i.e. Rectangle, Curve, Polygon, etc as well as you can fill the drawn shapes with solid colors, patterns or custom gradients, and you can process Images with built-in filters, with custom JavaScript filters, or with image filters. It is compatible with Adobe Photoshop. You can customize the user interface of the application by modifying toolbars, changing keyboard accelerators, or assigning actions to mouse gestures. It allows experienced users to reposition individual windows for completely changing the look of the application as well as you can develop your own plug-ins and can add new drawing tools, fill styles, windows, filters, or codec's.
