Webcam Picture taking and upload utility.
ValisCam was brought about when i became frustrated with the lack of a few simple features that i thought were absolutely necessary in a webcam picture taking program, main of which being autoincrementing the filename and not having to rename each picture after you take it. This feature being added, and that personal annoyance removed, i continued with the program and added the the next solution to a problem, which was having to click manually to take each picture. This version has a timer function for Hands Free picture taking with your webcam.
