Stay away from this company! I have been unhappy with one of their products and have been asking about 5 times for a refund and their customer service rep keeps asking me to try something else. JUST REFUND MY MONEY!!!!! THEY DON'T GET IT and really aren't a company I would recommend.

I used the imTOO DVD to iPOD Converter and had extreme difficulty getting it to work. When ripped and put on the my 60GB video iPOD, the movie copied, but once it stared to play 15 or 20 seconds into use, the sound stopped, and the video froze. The Help or documetation is non existent. Regrettably, imTOO's customer support leaves a lot to be desired, unless you are happy waiting more than 48 hours only to read excuses about how busy they are, or that they are on a 7 Day holiday. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

I've gotten this program to work, but it's not easy. It crashes more often than not. Sometimes I have to make several attempts to get a successful copy. I don't reccomend it. Look somewhere else. Look for something with a lot less hassles.

I'm using Imtoo DVD RIpper 6, and it's much better than the previous versions. Ripping is much faster, high quality, and lots of customization options. Been using it for the last 3 months, although, it did have some problems with a few new DVDs, but they seem to have the issue fixed in the latest upgrade. recommended
