DSpeech is a Text To Speech program with ASR functionality Automatic Speech Recognition that can read aloud the written text and choose the sentences to be pronounced upon the vocal answers of the user. Its features include: it can create dialogues between some voices by combining different voices and can save the output as a Wav or Mp3 file; it has ability to configure the voices in an independent way, and change the features of the voices during the reproduction; It is compatible with all modern vocal engines. It requires vocal engines for working, and by default Windows XP has only Microsoft SAM but you can select the better vocal engines that are comes from Acapela, Cepstral, Loquendo, Real Speak and VoiceWare. It works on Windows XP without installing anything but if you are installing on Windows NT4/2000 than first you will install MS-SAPI.
