DVD cutter is used to take out or haul out a clip of any length you want from DVD movie. It is used to save the space on disk e.g. if you have one large movie that can't be written on single DVD; then you can split that DVD into two pieces while cutting one large clip from DVD, and write them on two separate DVDs.
