You can use this software for various purposes such as your own home observation (security tasks) or live web show. ASE can work with any video capture device supported by Microsoft(r) DirectShow technology. DirectShow is modern high performance multimedia technology that provides a fast programming interface to effective processing of audio and video data.

ASE can capture video at high frame rates depended of your video capture device performance. You can broadcast captured data then via 3 methods: creating WWW server on your computer, uploading images to FTP server or simply saving images to local disk.

Program events will be logged and you can get full description of every event (information events, warnings or error messages).
