SCAM. Nonexistent customer service. Tried to use the "money back guarantee" that they claim to have but could never get any response. When I finally reached someone on the phone they said they had no record of my order.

É muito fixe! Simples e completo... Ate da pa por legendas... mas quando gravamos pa dvd aparece um kuadrado a frente... e a full version é bue cara... nem vale a pena tentarem porke akilo com o kuadrado a rente n vale nda...!

Full version 8.5 plus trial 9.3: worked really well with no conflicts. Problem now after two weeks is that when burning to vcd says "burn done" when it ain't - but burning dvd still much better than xilisoft which is crap.

The program produces an error at the end of the burn process 'access violation at address 0041E12F...' I paid money for a program that does not work...whats worse is the only thing its creators suggest to me is to uninstall and reinstall...i have done this several times and still the same error!its good for nothing...dont waste your time or your money people!

Teach support don't write any e-mail, the program it's very bad converting, and in my pc doesn't burn. I have writen thousands of mails and the only answer is that "you will be to use another program to burn" PIGS; PIGS; PIGS; superdvdcreator=binladen creation
