In addition to managing electronic files and documents, it provides capabilities to catalog and search for paper documents, any other item in a home or office, manage links to web pages, create notes, reminder's and to do items. The annotation capability allows the user to maintain a log with any item in the Organizer. Personal Document Organizer facilitates cataloging and access to information in a password protected catalog. Search can locate any and all cataloged information including electronic files whether they are stored on zip disk's, CD-ROM's, floppies, hard disk or the web, without having to load the media or connecting to the web.
