The software looks good at first glance, but the team behind it is horrible. Tech support is not worth the trouble. The program is built like it's suppose to be user friendly, until you buy it and require tech support. I wonder where they get these guys. It's like people trying to support a software that they've never heard of before. That's the kind of tech support you get. My suggestion is, if you're looking for a POS software and you think (even just a little bit) that you'll be needing some help with it then DON'T GET THIS ONE. Tech Support rating is F-.

Yes, I screwed up and bought Plexis. I can't believe the lack of support available. Those guys are morons. Another thing is don't expect to use multiple computers on the same inventory or tabs for bar areas. Plexis does a good job of telling you how good they are but, untill you own it will you really find out there shortcomings. I'm using my cd rom for a coaster right now. UHGG!!!!
