http://www.prettymay.net All agents use PMAAS for dialling out and call transfers, All agents work from home all around Australia excluding 3 programmers that are based in Thai Land ( not listed here). All Skype accounts are managed from the Skype Business Control Panel. Net effect on phone costs, excluding mobile service and usage charges, was a decrease in our phone bill from $27,000 pa to $60 pa. Set up costs Licensing fees for PMCC and PMAAS, AUD$800 for a PC (access via MSTSC), Domestic Grade ADSL already being incurred so not included in this analysis.
