With only a few clicks of your mouse, you can securely and accurately import all the records entered by your K-9 handlers - no more duplication of effort to enter training data. * Offers one-way, 160-bit hashing encryption of the administrator password, resulting in a password that is computationally infeasible to crack. * One handler, unlimited K-9's. * Training records include date and time spent, K-9 trained, location, type of training session, training aid(s) used, environmental Details, notes, comments, and more. * Training sections include: Agility Training, Area/Building Search, Cadaver Detection, Indication Work, Bark Barrel, Rubble Pile, Obedience, Tracking/Trailing, and Directability Training. * Medical Records include date incurred, description, amount PAID, payable to, payment type, vaccinations, examinations, height, weight, and complete medical details. * Certificates / Awards records include certificate ID number, title, date, K-9 used, location, certificate type, notes, and the ability to import a scanned image of the certificate. * Expense Reports include information about destination, purpose of trip, travel, lodging, meals, payment methods, monetary advances, and plenty of space for details. * Built-in reporting interface with Print Preview. The number of reports is virtually unlimited. You select the report criteria, and click "Print". You can even save your report criteria for later retreival with the click of your mouse. No more recreating monthly or quarterly reports over and over again.
