One data entry screen handles both your income and expenses and provides you with detailed reporting instantly. Although you may not be a paralegal or notary like Victoria, Easy 1-Person Office is designed so you can customize the product categories to fit your particular business. So it doesn't matter if you work as a notary, paralegal, Attorney, a SMC distributor or a Combination of any other enterprises to use and enjoy Easy 1-Person Office. Every time you enter a new client or expense from the ADD screen, you select the product category to apply to this Transaction. If the product category you choose was an expense category (such as telephone, rent, office supplies), this figure will automatically be subtracted when you run a report so you will know exactly how much profit your business is making at all times. You also have the ability to view your business income for any date range as well as any open Invoices. This way, you will know who owes you money or who you owe money to. It's a handy little feature built into Easy 1-Person Office. Finally, Easy 1-Person Office is a great Contact Manager. The software is meant to remain open on your Windows desktop throughout your workday. This way, if you need the address, phone number or email of any client, you simply double click on their name to instantly view their contact information. As you receive payments from clients, or you pay business expenses, you can immediately enter them (as they occur) in Easy 1-Person Office. This way, you never have to set aside extra time for your bookkeeping and accounting ever again.
