Program offers varied areas that are required for survey tabulation and analysis. The additional features tab needs additional documentation and help files/pop-ups. If you are familiar with survey creation this program is very helpful but inexperienced individuals would need additional help and guidance on the creation of surveys. If the program is to be used consistently the authors should include tips throughout the survey creation process.
