Editor's review Print2Flash
Print2Flash allows you to effortlessly convert any printable document (e.g. MS Office documents) to an Adobe Flash file (SWF extension). This way, you can send files to user who don’t use your program, eg. MS Office. These files can be view using Adobe programs that are found on almost every computer. This allows the files to be published easily on the Web, and also, a fast and easy access to them from any point of the world. Print2Flash documents can be viewed on all platform and still keep the graphics, formatting, special characters, colors and fonts of source documents, no matter what application was used to create the document. For example, if you created a Word document on a Windows XP computer, Print2Flash can convert it to a SWF file, that can later be viewed by Mackintosh users. Print2Flash generates SWF files that are in the same format as those created by Adobe Flash. These SWF files are usually much smaller than other document types, so any browser that supports Flash can be used to view them, or you can use Adobe Flash Player to view them directly. You can easily publish file types that most people can't view on the web, such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project and even AutoCAD, using Print2Flash SWF file that can be embedded a in a web page. The user can view the file inside the web page as soon as he opens your web page, because the Print2Flash SWF file opens instantly, which allows the Print2Flash documents to work well as standalone files. Any PC with Adobe Flash Player installed is able to open Print2Flash SWF files.
