Visio Electrical is a free application that contains shapes and symbols for domestic and light industrial electrical installations to create drawings within Microsoft Office Visio.

All the shapes were designed with connection points placed at suitable locations and some of them have a right-click menu (such as switches that have a menu to select them as open or close).

The shapes also have customizable properties for manufacturer data, part numbers and others allowing you to create bills of materials, parts lists and inventories using the standard Visio report tools.
