It is important to inform customers or buisness partners that their emails cant be answered temporarily (e.g. because of illness, vacation, trainig measures?). CI Out of Office ? absence manager enables a central management of absence settings within your organisation. The software allows defined users (e.g. HRM, secretaries, department heads) to watch absence settings centrally. The settings can also be changed by defined users Use of Out of Office Manager: Shows absence settings for any employee / member of group Changes absence settings for any employee / member of group Direct use on the server. No Outlook needed (e.g. for VPN) Status will be automatically reset so a daily absence note will be sent to the author Advantages of Out of Office Manager: Improves the cooperation between employees. Saves time and increases productivity and capacity. User screen easy to handle No installation necessary Samples: HRD sets absence if an employee is ill or not in the house at the moment. HRD can ensure that abcence is set (e.g. vacation). Department head can check if an employee is in the house. An employee (e.g. sales department) leaves the company.
