Seems to work fine in most 'basic' setups, however, if you encounter a problem, you are on your own! The web site has no telephone number for support. You must email them which can take 48 hours for a response - very unacceptable! We had a problem when running VB with a Novell client. Support was not help at all. They said "hmm, looks like there's a problem." Software activation is tied to your Nic's MAC address. If you ever move to another PC or change your NIC, you can no longer use the software.
