Word Repair launches Word 2002 or Word XP in a safe mode and starts the hidden support tool to troubleshoot and/or customize Word.
During Word startup, several components are loaded, including: Word's Data registry key, The Normal.dot global template, Addins and templates, COM addins and the Word's Options registry key.
