I would recommend comparing Realty Juggular with Top Producer. My partner insists that we use Top producer. But it's just too hard to use. I tried Realty Juggular and I think it's great. Now, if only I can get my partner to go along.

RealtyJuggler Desktop is a fabulous real estate software program that really simplifies my job. With the click of a button I can find all of my buyers, sellers, and prospects, as easily as I can find all of the figures that I need to appease them. Once you click on the icon that you need you can easily read through old data or type in new data. It’s really that simple. I learned this program without using the users manuel and it barely took any time at all for me to learn it. Now that I’ve gotten used to this product it all comes natural to me. I know exactly where to go to find whatever information I’m looking for and I barely have to think while I look. Everything is just right there in front of you. If you’re a realtor looking for a program that can organize your work without the trouble of having to learn something complicated, I strongly recommend this product.
